Automatic Smart Car Parking System – Ultrasonic Sensor Based Working Model
Experience practical automation with the AUTO BOTIX Automatic Smart Car Parking System, a pre-assembled educational project designed to demonstrate sensor-based vehicle detection and automatic parking gate operation.
This working model uses an ultrasonic sensor to detect an approaching vehicle and a servo motor to automatically operate the parking barrier. It is ideal for students learning electronics, robotics, embedded systems and automation.
How Does It Work?
- Vehicle Detection: When a car approaches the parking entrance, the ultrasonic sensor detects its presence.
- Gate Opens: The controller processes the sensor signal and activates the SG90 servo motor to raise the parking barrier.
- Vehicle Passes: The raised barrier allows the vehicle to move through the entrance.
- Gate Closes: The servo motor returns the barrier to its closed position according to the programmed operation.
Key Features
- Automatic Parking Gate: Demonstrates sensor-controlled opening and closing of a parking barrier.
- Ultrasonic Detection: Uses an ultrasonic sensor to detect an approaching vehicle.
- Servo Motor Mechanism: SG90 servo motor controls the lightweight paper straw barrier.
- Ready-to-Use Model: Pre-assembled and pre-programmed for educational demonstrations.
- 2 mm MDF Base: Lightweight MDF board with a printed parking layout and road markings.
- Four Parking Spaces: Includes four marked parking spaces for visual demonstration.
- Educational Application: Helps students understand ultrasonic sensing, servo motor control and automation principles.
